Do you have someone in your life who loves to fish and is impossible to buy presents for? Does the name 'Dad' strike any bells with anyone?! I know my Dad is so hard to buy for and with Father's Day looming on the horizon, I was wracking my brain to come up with a fun and unique Father's Day gift for him. That's where my primitive soft sculpture trout peg rack was born and I hope that you think it might make a great gift for that hard to buy for fisherman (or woman!) in your life :O) Hand crafted from my own design from painted muslin, the soft sculpture trout measures about 10" long and is about 4" wide. He's got a hook in his mouth that I crafted from a piece of rusted wire and is suspended from a wooden three peg rack that measures about 12" long by 3" wide. I've painted the peg rack with a chestnut coloured paint and distressed it with black for an aged appearance. I've also hung a walnut ink stained hang tag from the peg rack that I've hand lettered with the words 'Gone Fishin'.
